| How long does it take to receive my finished mailbox? |
| 3 to 6 weeks. See section on delivery in "Our Process". |
| What happens if my mailbox insert rusts or is damanged? |
| Simply remove the screw holding the box inside the Patented liner insert. Remove the damaged box and replace with a new one. (Owner will have to pre-drill a new hole in the new box for proper tighting) |
| Is there a guarantee with my mailbox? |
| We will fix or repair any box damaged due to poor workmanship. |
